By accessing and using PantryChef ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you may not use the Service.
PantryChef is an AI-powered recipe generation and pantry management service. The Service allows users to track pantry ingredients, generate personalised recipes using AI, receive expiry alerts, and save favourite recipes. Recipe generation is powered by the Google Gemini AI API. AI-generated recipes are suggestions only — always use your own judgment regarding food safety and dietary suitability.
You must create an account to use PantryChef. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when registering. You may not share your account with others. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
PantryChef offers a free tier with a lifetime limit of 15 recipe generations, and a Premium subscription at ₹299/month or ₹2499/year. All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. PantryChef Premium is a prepaid subscription — there is no auto-renewal. You pay for the period chosen and access expires at the end of that period. You will never be charged automatically. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
You may not use PantryChef for any unlawful purpose. You may not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Service. You may not use the Service to generate harmful, dangerous, or misleading content. You may not attempt to circumvent usage limits or access controls.
Recipes generated by PantryChef are created by an AI model and are provided for informational and inspirational purposes only. PantryChef does not guarantee the accuracy, safety, or nutritional correctness of generated recipes. Users with allergies, dietary restrictions, or medical conditions should exercise their own judgment before following any AI-generated recipe.
The PantryChef name, logo, and interface design are the property of PantryChef. AI-generated recipes produced using your inputs are for your personal use. You may not reproduce or sell the Service or its underlying technology.
The Service is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, accuracy of AI-generated content, or fitness for any particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PantryChef shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to health issues arising from following AI-generated recipes.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of material changes via email where possible.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
