1. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds within 7 days of purchase if you are not satisfied with your Premium subscription. To be eligible for a refund, you must request it within this 7-day window from the date of your payment.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please submit your request via our Contact page at pantrychef.in/contact. Include your order ID, registered email address, and the reason for your request. Our team will review and respond within 24 hours.

3. Refund Processing

Once your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refund: subscriptions purchased more than 7 days ago; subscriptions that have been heavily used (more than 30 recipe generations); refund requests submitted after the 7-day window.

5. Prepaid Subscription

PantryChef Premium is a prepaid subscription with no auto-renewal. You pay once and access lasts for the period you chose. There is nothing to cancel — your subscription simply expires at the end of the paid period. Refunds must be requested separately within the 7-day window if eligible.
